Booking Assistant and Reception
We are always on the look-out for motivated people to fill our voluntary Booking Assistant and Reception positions at our High Street premises in central Bognor Regis.
The roles would suit people with customer service experience both face to face and via the telephone, taking payments and an ability to follow basic manual administration procedures. Training would be given.
A keen eye for detail is required, as is an empathetic nature, and a built-in ability to adapt to the customer's personality, needs and requirements.
